AdmitStack

Terms of Use

Last updated August 2026

AdmitStack is operated by EduAvenues. These terms apply to the AdmitStack website, waitlist, early-access workspace, product demos, guided setup, and related support.

Using AdmitStack

AdmitStack is provided for admissions consultants, tutoring teams, and other education practices to evaluate and use an early-access follow-through workspace. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to bind the practice or organization you represent.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or workspaces without permission, bypass security controls, scrape the service, upload malicious code, or use AdmitStack in a way that violates another person's rights.

Accounts And Customer Data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of any practice, counselor, student, parent, guardian, household, session, task, import, note, draft, or document information you enter into AdmitStack. Do not enter real student or family information until your practice has been invited to an approved workspace and has reviewed the current data-handling terms.

Demo data is illustrative and does not represent real students, families, or counseling records. AdmitStack may change, limit, or remove demo features as the product evolves.

AI-Assisted Outputs

AdmitStack may generate draft parent updates, student follow-ups, internal notes, task lists, summaries, and related workflow suggestions from context you provide. These outputs are drafts. Counselors remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to use any generated output.

Waitlist And Early Access

AdmitStack is not currently open for general account creation. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, start a trial, reserve a place, or commit you to a purchase. We may invite a limited number of practices to early access as the product becomes ready for their workflows.

If you are invited, we will present the current product limitations, data-handling requirements, access period, pricing, and any additional terms before you choose whether to participate. An invitation does not require you to accept or purchase the service.

Leaving The Waitlist

You can leave the waitlist or ask us to delete your waitlist information by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in a product update. If a paid service becomes available, its cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

Support Expectations

Early-access support is founder-led and handled through email, guided setup, and product feedback channels. AdmitStack is not an emergency communications system, deadline guarantee, billing processor, or replacement for your practice's client service obligations.

No Outcome Guarantee

AdmitStack is workflow software. It does not guarantee admission, test scores, application results, scholarship outcomes, deadline completion, parent satisfaction, student follow-through, or any other education or business result. Your practice remains responsible for professional judgment, client communication, advising quality, deadline management, and final decisions.

No Professional Advice

AdmitStack is not a substitute for professional admissions, legal, financial, medical, mental-health, educational, or tax advice. Do not rely on AdmitStack as the sole source for high-stakes decisions affecting a student, family, school, or practice.

Ownership And Feedback

Your practice retains its rights in customer data you enter into AdmitStack. EduAvenues and AdmitStack retain rights in the website, software, product design, workflows, documentation, templates, demos, branding, and underlying technology. If you send feedback, suggestions, or workflow ideas, we may use them to improve AdmitStack without owing compensation.

Changes And Suspension

AdmitStack is an early-access product and may change over time. We may update these terms, modify features, correct errors, suspend access, or limit use when needed for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse prevention, product integrity, or protection of other users.
